In 1991 Quade Maschinenbau GmbH was founded.

We are only satisfied when you are satisfied.
As a privately owned company located in Krefeld, Germany. We offer the manufacturing of steel construction as well as mechanical and plant engineering. Welding technology is our core business, in which we can demonstrate an extensive portfolio of certifications and experience. We also can assist you with the manufacturing of spare parts according to drawings, milling and lathe capabilities. As well as stainless steel processing. Our extensive manufacturing capabilities, technical resources and highly skilled workforce allow us to be flexible and responsive, offering our customers quality goods in a timely fashion.

2006TAKEOVER OF QUADE MASCHINENBAU GMBH
In 2006 Quade Maschinenbau GmbH was taken over by the Lübke family.

2008RE-BRANDING INTO LÜBKE-MASCHINENBAU GMBH
After two more years of successful business, in 2008, the company was renamed to Lübke-Maschinenbau GmbH

2012EXPANSION OF PRODUCTION AREA FROM 800M² TO 1600M²
In 2012, with the increasing business and the planned acquisition and implementation of new process technologies, the production area was increased from 800m² to 1600m².

2013PURCHASE CNC MILLING MACHINE
In the course of 2013, the previously prepared production area was expanded as planned with a CNC milling machine. As a result, the previous quality in the field of plant, spare parts and mechanical engineering could be enhanced.

2016EXPANSION OF THE MILLING SHOP BY PURCHASING ANOTHER CNC MILLING MACHINE
To manage further growth, the production capabilities were upgraded with another CNC milling machine.

CONTINUATION OF THE MANNESMANN SPARE PARTS BUSINESS FOR COMPONENTS OF ASH HANDLING SYSTMES OF COAL POWER PLANTS
Expansion of the operating footprint from 1600m² to 1900m² through the addition of a new warehouse.

- Manufacture of machines and systems according to drawings

- Manufacture of welded constructions up to 10 tons unit weight
With our extensive range of certifications in the field of welding capabilities, we can create a wide range of welded constructions.
These includes but not limited to:
- New construction of rail vehicles and their components (without construction)
- bogies (crossbeam)
- Constructions for the building inspection area e.g. stairs and platforms
- Pressure vessel
In addition to welding capabilities, we offer you
- Turning work up to 1000 mm in diameter and up to 3500 mm in length
- CNC turning
- CNC lathe work up to 1350KG unit weight (X = 1525 Y = 660 Z = 610)
- Milling and drilling work up to 10 tons unit weight
